The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) has issued a blanket waiver from electronic prescribing requirements for prescriptions issued for patients in nursing home and other residential health care settings.  The waiver extends to October 31, 2027, and can be read here: NYSDOH Blanket Waiver Letter on Electronic Prescribing.
