The New York State Dental Association (NYSDA) is leading a coalition of health care professions in opposing State Budget proposals that would reduce the current 100% pass-through entity tax (PTET) credit.  Reducing this PTET credit would raise taxes for dental practices and increase costs for patients.  The NYSDA coalition letter to the Governor, Assembly, and Senate can be read here: PTET Budget Opposition Coalition Letter.
