Governor Hochul has issued her 2026 State of the State Book, which can be read here: Governor Hochul 2026 State of the State Book.  The Table of Contents lays out all the items covered.  Dentists are specifically mentioned only once on page 126 of the document, but there are references to other health care items (prior authorizations, for example, as an insurance issue) that would also be of specific interest to dentists.
