Dear Dental and Public Health Professionals,

We are excited to share that applications are now open for the NIDCR Dental Public Health Research Fellowship, a unique opportunity for dentists with public health training who are passionate about shaping the future of oral health through research and practice.  This three-year fellowship offers an exceptional blend of learning, discovery, and professional growth.  In the first year, fellows complete a Dental Public Health (DPH) Residency, building critical competencies and tackling meaningful oral health research questions.  During the second and third years, fellows engage in collaborative research across NIH institutes and centers, exploring whole-body, integrated approaches to oral health.  Throughout the program, fellows also enhance their leadership, communication, and professional skills to help launch and sustain impactful careers.  The fellowship is a full-time, in-person experience that provides a competitive stipend.  Selected fellows will begin their training in the summer of 2026.  To learn more and apply, please visit: Dental Public Health Research Fellowship at NIDCR.  Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2025.  If you have any questions, please contact NIDCR_DPHRFP@nidcr.nih.gov.
