Members of the public can now complete the following services quickly and securely through New York Business Express and receive confirmation immediately via e-mail: - Order copies of corporate filings
- Form a Business Corporation
- Form a Limited Liability Company
- File an Articles of Dissolution for a Limited Liability Company
- File a Certificate of Amendment to change the name of a Domestic Business Corporation or Limited Liability Company
