Per the notice below, the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) has issued the program integrity matrix it will use to assess Medicaid Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) partial capitation plans, which include coverage of dental services.

Attention Managed Care Organizations
The Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) has issued the Matrix for the Managed Care Program Integrity Reviews on Managed Long Term Care Partial Capitation Plans, which will be conducted with a review period of calendar year 2023. Reviews evaluate a Managed Care Organization’s performance regarding certain obligations outlined in the Managed Long Term Care Partial Capitation Model Contract. The Matrix, as well as additional information regarding OMIG’s Managed Care Program Integrity Reviews, are available here:
