NCQA is seeking feedback on proposed changes to the following Accreditation and Certification programs:

·    Physician and Hospital Quality Certification
·    Health Equity Accreditation and aligned updates in the following programs:

o Health Plan Accreditation
o Behavioral Health Accreditation (formerly MBHO Accreditation)
o Distinction in Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
o Accreditation of Case Management for LTSS
o Wellness and Health Promotion Accreditation/Certification
