Per the notice below, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking stakeholder input on improving its Quality Indicators (QI) program.

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is gathering input from stakeholders to improve the Quality Indicators (QI) program.  If you have used the AHRQ QIs for quality improvement or other efforts, we would like to hear from you.  Specifically, we would like to hear about:

• your experiences using quality measures for the purpose of quality improvement or other efforts
• the usefulness of AHRQ QI tools and resources in your organization’s quality improvement or other efforts
