Welcome to the New York County Dental Society
Founded in 1860, the New York County Dental Society is one of the largest groups of dentists in the United States. With more than 2,000 members practicing in Manhattan, NYCDS members have made a special commitment to uphold its ethical code and practice standards, as well as those of New York State and the American Dental Association. It is an invaluable advocacy and education resource that protects its members and the public.
Member Experience
"Time and time again NYCDS has always been able to find answers to my difficult questions. I am grateful for such a reliable and trusted source of information and professional expertise."
Lisa S. Lin, DDS
"I've been taking CE courses for over 20 years, and I've had the best experience thus far with the NY County Dental Society. It has been really easy to register for the courses and I've always been greeted by a warm and friendly staff! The knowledgeable instructors have made learning enjoyable, especially with some of the mandatory courses."
Michael Kosdon, DDS

Take Control of Your CE Credits Today with CE Navigator!
Oct 10, 2024
Take control of tracking your continuing education credits with CE Navigator.
As an NYSDA/NYCDS member, you can create and maintain a CE Navigator account to track ALL your CE credits. If you complete a course with NYCDS, NYSDA, or the NYS Dental Foundation, your CE credits will be added to your account, but you also have the ability to record credits for courses taken elsewhere. You must create an account for the course to be applied to your transcript. You may want to add your physical certificate to that record for any courses applied to your account automatically. Dentists are required to keep all certificates going back six years, and with CE Navigator, you can easily manage and access your records.
This new tool to track your CE credits is only available as a benefit to active members!
All CE submissions must go through CE Navigator—fax, email, or mailed submissions will no longer be accepted.
