Robert Malandruccolo is a Regional Business Development Officer for Bank of America Practice Solutions. Robert has worked specifically with dentists since 2014. He serves both New York and Connecticut dental markets. Robert specializes in start-up locations, additional location, remodels, expansions, equipment, refinancing practice debt and commercial real estate purchases. Robert has over 20 years working within the dental industry; working previously with the two largest dental companies in the market and has helped over 500 dental clients. He takes great pride in helping his clients achieve both their career and personal financial goals.
Jarrett Mathews is the Regional Sales Manager for Bank of America Practice Solutions. In his 18 year career in the financial services industry; Jarrett has worked with Attorneys, Accountants, Real Estate Brokers as well as Financial Advisors. Jarrett has created a focus on communication with his clients. The dialogue he has provided has led to increased financial literacy for his clients. Jarrett was presented as a recipient of the 40 under 40 for Rockland County, while being recognized in the class of 2015 Leadership Rockland Council. Jarrett welcomes all opportunities to engage with Dentist as well as other medical professionals in the New York-New Jersey landscape.
Melody M. Block is a Partner in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s National Dental Law Group and Corporate Law Practice Group. She represents start-ups, family-owned, and closely held businesses in matters involving entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial transactions. Melody also advises dental, veterinary, and medical professionals nationwide on the purchase and sale of professional practices. With prior experience as a commercial litigator, she brings a well-rounded perspective to contract drafting and employment issues, helping clients minimize legal risk while achieving business goals.

Brent R. Pohlman is a Partner in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s National Dental Law Group and Labor and Employment Practice Group. He brings extensive expertise in representing employers in complex civil litigation, covering civil rights actions, whistleblower claims, contract disputes, wage and hour cases, and other employment disputes. He is adept at navigating federal and New Jersey state courts and appearing before key administrative agencies, such as the EEOC, OCR, NJDCR, and NJDOL. Additionally, Brent offers invaluable guidance to employers in policy development, day-to-day workforce management, including employment agreements, FMLA, discipline, workplace investigations, and training on topics like anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and disability accommodations.
