Per the notice below, the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) is requiring all employers with 50 or more employees to post a new Veteran Benefits and Services poster.

Effective January 1, 2023, all public and private New York State employers with more than 50 full-time employees are required to display the Veterans’ Benefits & Services poster in a conspicuous place in the workplace that is accessible to all employees.
You can download and print the poster from the NYSDOL Web site, or request it from the agency by contacting Ask.vets@labor.ny.gov.
