Insights on Telehealth Use and Program Integrity Risks Across Selected Health Care Programs During the Pandemic (OEI-02-22-00150)

The Pandemic Response Accountability Committee’s (PRAC’s) Health Care Subgroup developed this report to share insights about the use of telehealth in selected programs across six Federal agencies during the first year of the pandemic. This report also summarizes potential program integrity risks identified by the six participating agencies. The PRAC identified access to telehealth as among the top challenges facing Federal agencies in their COVID-19 response efforts in both 2020 and 2021.
