The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is highlighting two resources it maintains: 1) the Geospatial Research, Analysis, and Services Program [GRASP]; and 2) the Environmental Public Health Tracking Network [EPHTN]. CDC notes that GRASP provides a ranking of counties and census tracts that offers social vulnerability information for communities and EPHTN provides a dynamic Web-based tool where you can visualize over 600 data measures on a variety of environmental and health topics.
