In July 2022, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) held a listening session with users of AHRQ Quality Indicators (QIs), to explore measures of health care quality designed for use by program managers, researchers, and others interested in health care quality measurement.  Participants shared how they used the measures, discussed general challenges faced when using the software or specific measures, and offered ideas for additional measures.  Detailed information about the discussions held during the listening session, as well as the full text of a Question and Answer session, is available on the AHRQ QI webinars site.  AHRQ’s QI software is available at no cost to users.  For questions contact the AHRQ Quality Indicator Support Team at: QIsupport@ahrq.hhs.gov.
