The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) has rescheduled its Medicaid 1115 waiver amendment virtual public hearing originally scheduled for Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., to
Tuesday, May 10, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to ensure the Webinar platform can better accommodate attendees with disabilities, including by offering American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation. The WebEx platform includes a closed captioning feature. The public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2022, will take place as scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required for anyone wishing to provide oral comment using this link:
