CDC Issues Report on Effect of Two Doses of COVID-19 Vaccine on Immunocompromised Persons

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued, as part of its latest Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), a report on the effect of two doses of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine on persons with immunocompromising conditions.  CDC notes that while two doses of COVID-19 vaccine offered protection to immunocompromised persons, it was not as effective as for other persons by a comparative factor of 77% to 90%.  To read the CDC MMWR report on the effect of two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine on persons with immunocompromising conditions, use the link below.
