Governor Hochul has announced four major initiatives:

1) a new Web site and series of toolkits that deal with accurate information about novel coronavirus [COVID-19] vaccinations;
2) a blueprint for expanding the New York State Excelsior Pass on COVID-19 vaccination to other states;
3) a series of initiatives to make government more transparent for the public; and
4) Executive Order #10 requiring all state employees to take ethics training.
