CDC Issues Two Reports on COVID-19 and Pregnancy

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued, as part of its latest Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), two reports on the effects of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on pregnant patients.  One CDC report deals with characteristics and maternal and birth outcomes of hospitalized pregnant women with COVID-19.  The other report deals with COVID-19 infection among hospitalized pregnant women and the reasons for admission and pregnancy characteristics.  To read the CDC MMWR report on  characteristics and maternal and birth outcomes of hospitalized pregnant women with COVID-19, use the first link below.  To read the CDC MMWR report on the reasons for admission and pregnancy characteristics among hospitalized pregnant women with COVID-19, use the second link below.
