NYCDS wants to introduce a Wellness & Mindfulness Series that aims to address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of stress when returning back to your practice during the pandemic.
At this point during the pandemic, many of you have returned to your practice and are slowly ramping up, others have needed to scale back or are in-between jobs...but regardless of where you are at the moment, all of us are dealing with increased stress in our lives.
NYCDS wants to help you deal with that increased stress by hosting a Wellness & Mindfulness Series that aims to address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of stress.
These 45 minute virtual sessions will take place in the evening with a different focus each session.
We are planning programs on:
- strength training
