  Injection molding is a process that has been used in manufacturing in ind
 ustry and\, more recently\, in dentistry. Injection molding takes a plasti
 c or resin\, heats that material to a liquid or near liquid state\, and in
 jects it into a prefabricated mold under pressure. This fast-paced program
  will introduce clinicians to multiple injection molding concepts\, techni
 ques\, and applications. Treatment planning and case selection from simple
  to complex cases will be reviewed. A variety of techniques will be introd
 uced and reviewed\, giving the participant a better understanding of what 
 is required to optimize results. Materials and armamentariums that lend th
 emselves to injection molding will be explored. Proper bonding\, placement

 Geissberger taught at University of the Pacific for 30 years and ran Pacif
 ic’s prestigious complex and esthetic rehabilitation program. He is also a
  researcher and a published author in the areas of dental materials\, cont
 emporary fixed prosthodontics\, and esthetic dentistry. He serves as a con
 sultant for many dental materials companies and helps guide product develo
 pment.During his 30 years in academia\, he has maintained a private practi
 ce geared toward restorative dentistry with his brother and fellow Pacific
  alum Dr. Jeffrey Geissberger. He believes his continual involvement in pr
 oviding patient care as well as a role in academia has given him a unique 
 balance that allows him to blend the best of both worlds. Dr. Geissberger 
 earned a master’s degree in educational psychology in 1994 and has been a 
 Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Academy of Sports Medic
 ine since 2008. He completed his Fitness Nutrition Specialty (FNS) trainin
