 rofacial pain\, sleep apnea and related headaches.He is Assistant Clinical
  Professor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He previousl
 y directed the Orofacial Pain service at Yale-New Haven and was a professo
 r at the University of Connecticut. He is a Fellow of the American Academy
  of Orofacial Pain and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain
 . He has authored a book chapter on Orofacial Pain and TMD. He is Presiden
 t-Elect of the NYU Dentistry Alumni Association and serves on the council
